Service and maintenance is an extension of Advanced AV’s design and installation knowledge base. Holding the highest industry certification from InfoComm International, Advanced AV’s experienced AV and IT staff will provide preventative maintenance, training, 24-hour on-site response, replacement equipment, and assistance through its Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
The T.A.C. – Technical Assistance Center
The T.A.C essentially serves as the central coordination point for all things service. With a “Whatever it takes!” attitude, the T.A.C is usually a beehive of activity taking service calls, handling repairs, replacements, fielding new job leads, processing contracts, handling product recalls, coordinating preventative maintenance visits…just to name a few. With over 200 years of combined technical experience we are always able to find our clients a solution!
Advanced AV also offers on-site full-time and temporary staffing resources to assist with regular operation of your communications systems. An additional benefit to having one of our experts on site is high-level troubleshooting capability with backup from Advanced AV’s help desk to expedite repairs. Our on-site staff can also help forecast upgrades, conduct maintenance and provide system training.
