Paul Grafinger began his career in the audio visual field in 1978 as the general manager of a Philadelphia-area AV rental company. After seven years in the industry, Grafinger was ready to strike out on his own and founded Advanced Audio Visual in 1985 with a mission to provide equipment sales, rental and staging services as well as creative production services to the corporate marketplace.
Over the years these specific disciplines grew and Grafinger broke them out into separate businesses: Advanced AV Systems Integration, Inc., Advanced Staging Productions Inc., and MC3 Multimedia Productions, Inc.. This restructuring better enabled each company to focus on its specific discipline and meet the growing challenges of fast evolving technologies and markets.
Today, Grafinger serves as CEO of MC3 and consultant to Advanced AV, LLC.
